Design Team Lead & Project Coordinator – Led the creative overhaul of VIGO’s Amazon brand page, collaborating with the Creative Director, Enhanced Content Manager, Junior Graphic Designer, 3D Visual Artist, Data Team, Sales Team, Copywriter, and Marketing Manager to ensure content alignment and deliver a cohesive user experience.

The Problem
With a large number of similar products available on Amazon, it was difficult for customers to quickly differentiate between various faucet, sink, and shower door options, which made the decision-making process challenging.

Challenges
I focused on creating visually compelling content that stood out in the crowded Amazon marketplace while effectively communicating product features to a diverse audience in a clear and persuasive way. I ensured brand consistency across multiple product pages while tailoring designs to highlight unique selling points. Additionally, I prioritized user-friendly and easy-to-navigate designs, ensuring potential customers could easily find the information they needed to make informed purchasing decisions. Amazon’s strict content and copy requirements meant I had to ensure all guidelines were met within tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.

Result
As a result, although the project is ongoing, traffic to VIGO’s Amazon store has increased by at least 20% since the content updates were implemented.
