As Lead Brand Designer, I drove the redesign of VIGO’s Amazon brand store, working closely with marketing, copywriting, and product data teams to enhance UI/UX, brand consistency, and product discoverability. Strategic updates—refining A+ Content, optimizing imagery, and improving navigation—resulted in a 67K increase in total views within eight weeks and a 15.3% rise in shoppers from November to mid-February 2025, showcasing the impact of design leadership on measurable growth.

  • The Problem

    VIGO’s previous Amazon brand page had opportunities for improvement in product visibility, consistency, and user experience. Not all products were listed, imagery lacked cohesion, and the navigation experience made it challenging for customers to explore top sellers, browse by category, or quickly find key product features. These factors presented an opportunity to enhance brand storytelling, optimize discoverability, and create a more seamless shopping journey.

    Identifying growth opportunities early on, I conducted competitor research, outlined essential improvements, and gathered insights to create a strategic plan for the revamp. With time and resources constrained, the project demanded meticulous planning and cross-team coordination. By September 2024, I secured leadership approval and set an ambitious goal to complete the transformation before Black Friday, ensuring the storefront was optimized for the peak shopping season.

    Launched in November, the revamped VIGO Amazon brand store delivers a visually cohesive and user-friendly experience. Optimized navigation, refined A+ Content, high-quality imagery, and strategic keyword enhancements have significantly improved engagement. In just eight weeks, total views increased by 67K, and the number of shoppers rose by 15.3% from November to mid-February.
